These sessions are suitable for all children aged between 5 - 8 years of age. Within these sessions we practice self-defense and general fitness skills, while aiming to improve basic gross motor skills.

These sessions are suitable for all children aged between 9 - 12 years of age. Within these sessions we practice self-defense, anti-bullying, general fitness skills, while aiming to improve basic gross motor skills. We also teach discipline, respect and self-confidence.

Teens

These sessions are suitable for all teenagers aged between 13 - 16 years of age. Within these sessions we practice self-defense and general fitness skills, while aiming to give the teens a good grounding in Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling and BJJ. We also teach discipline, respect and self-confidence.

Muay Thai

The national sport of Thailand, also known as "the art of eight limbs" characterized by the use of hands, feet, knees and elbows is a stand up striking system that also uses various clinch techniques.

Lethwei

This is a full contact sport from Myanmar, also known as Burmese boxing. It uses stand-up striking as well as various clinch techniques. It is considered to be one of the most brutal martial arts in the world due to the use of bare knuckle punches, feet, elbow, knee and headbutt strikes.

Boxing

Boxing is a combat sport in which two people wearing gloves, throw punches at each other in a boxing ring. These sessions focus on general fitness and boxing techniques.

Freestyle Wrestling

Wrestling is a sport in which you grapple, throw, trip and attempt to take down your opponent and gain the superior position whilst also learning to defend against these manoeuvres.
